This Stanley fixed blade utility 199E Trim Knife, in grey, is Stanley’s original utility knife. It was launched in 1936 and has remained virtually unchanged to this day. The classic handle design features the unique 'Fleur-de-lis pattern'.
It has a robust fixed blade and strong, but lightweight, die cast zinc body. The interlocking nose design will hold blades firmly in place, preventing nose spread and body separation which might otherwise cause blades to break loose and cause injury. Ideal for general purpose, DIY and construction cutting applications, and will accept most types of replacement Stanley utility blades.
