All damages and returns must be notified to the Company within 2 days of receipt of goods. 

- Re-stocking charge of 10% will apply on all returns.

- Special order items cannot be returned

- Returns will only be accepted within 5 Working Days of Delivery

All items must in original unopened packaging and fit for resale, any items returned which are non-compliant will be rejected. It is your responsibility to return items in good condition and to ensure they are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit. Kelly’s' DO NOT OFFER A COLLECTION SERVICE.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of Toilet Seats. Opened Electrical items cannot be refunded or returned. We do not accept returns on any consumables (adhesives, grouts, silicone's etc)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Unfortunately we do not offer a free return service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
