How to apply

1. Download and print the credit application form.
2. Fill in all sections, sign and date the declaration, and have it witnessed. Sole traders and partners should also complete the personal guarantee.
3. Scan or photograph the completed form and email it to accounts@gerardkellys.ie, or drop it into us at Spring Garden Street, North Strand, Dublin 3.
